Terms of Service
SHOPPING INFORMATION
Cancelation
You can cancel your order within the first 14 days of placing the order and a full refund will be given.
Repairs and Alterations
We can repair most items, but please email with details before sending items back. When the repair is received we will let you know the if there is a cost and what it is possible to do.
Please ensure that all garments are returned in a clean condition with any rubber dressing washed off as this can prevent repairs.
Returns
We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, however if the items you receive are found to be damaged in transit, defective, or unwanted, these should be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or refund as long as they are unused and undamaged.
Items will be inspected within 2-3 days and refunds made within 5-8 days.
Please email us to make us aware of your intentions.
Postage costs paid by you will be refunded up to the amount of standard shipping. Shipping upgrades will not be refunded.
We regret CUSTOM and MADE TO MEASURE products are non- returnable and non-refundable.

WetHot goods are sent in plain packages with no reference to either WetHot or the specific contents on the outside packaging.
Customs declarations do require some identification of contents and we will use general categories such as ‘Theatre Mask’ for Hoods or ‘Clothing’ for other items.
We generally ship using Royal Mail ‘special delivery’ for UK domestic orders, and Royal Mail ‘International tracked’ for EU and worldwide orders, also UPS, Fed EX, or another carrier would be available for an extra charge.
We would point out that tracking can vary greatly and that a ‘sole’ carrier like UPS or Fed Ex will provide much better tracking service than international shipping by Royal Mail. Customs can also delay shipments and at times like Christmas these delays can be considerable. Depending on the country, the recipient may incur Customs Duties/taxation on imported goods, which are the responsibility of the customer ordering the item.
Gift Vouchers
Available in £25.00, £50.00, £100.00 values
We will email or send them to you or to the receiver with a unique Authorisation Code and purchase date, for ‘one time’ use, lasting one year from the date of purchase.
The vouchers are for use for any products on the WetHot website or any special orders.
The ‘user’ of the voucher will need to provide the ‘Auth Code’ and ‘Date of Purchase’ with their order, and we will notify the ‘purchaser’ that the voucher is being used.
The ‘purchaser’ and the ‘user’ of the voucher, by buying or using the voucher, gives consent for their contact details to be retained and for WetHot to make contact with them regarding the voucher.

Payment Options
We accept payment through PayPal, Direct Money Transfer, and Cheque (UK only) and all prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling £ unless requested otherwise; we reserve the right to change listed prices without notice.
Privacy
Regarding postage, we send all packages “plain wrapped, by signed for service” and email customers with tracking/ID number and details of when to expect delivery.
Return Policy
We operate a policy in accordance with “EU distance selling directive” and UK Trading Standards. For “stock” items we offer a 14 day return policy – provided that the items are returned as “new” – with options for replacement and refund (excluding postage). Please contact us ASAP when making a return.
Exceptions – “Goods made to customer’s specifications”
We do request that customers provide accurate measurements (inches or cms) with details of the required fitting, and we will always be willing to make alterations should they be necessary.
Please examine the goods carefully on arrival and contact us if anything is not in accordance with your requests. Our main concern is to ensure “customer satisfsaction” and we will provide a follow-up service, doing our best to meet any customer concerns.

Rubber Care
We make a variety for latex rubber products from sheet latex rubber supplied from www.fourdrubber.co.uk – for more details about their material please refer to the site listed.
The latex rubber that we use is remarkable for its strength, smooth texture and ability to stretch – to retain these features it is good to observe the following points:
- Avoid exposure to heat, direct sunlight or prolonged moisture.
- Store in a cool dark place and keep your colors separated and away from metal objects.
- Keep your rubber clean, rinsing in lukewarm water, and drying thoroughly before storage (large black plastic bin liners are ideal).
- Before wearing use talc or a water based lubricant on the inside
- For a shiny look avoid silicon based sprays and cleaners, and us any polish sparingly
- Do not use any kind of oil based lubricants
- Pay attention not to pinch the rubber with finger nails, piercings, teeth and avoid contact with any sharp material that may pierce the rubber.

The items pictured are just a selection of the products that we make and we are happy to receive special requests from customers. We process your enquiries and orders by email and do not take payments on the site. The ‘Place an Order’ red button sends an enquiry by email and we will be respond to the customer by email. You can also email your enquiry to us directly at wethotrubber@gmail.com. When we receive your enquiry we will respond (usually within 1-2 days) with a quotation, estimate of the time that it will take to make up your order, and methods of payment. Please provide a clear description of the product, with any particular features required, colour and size, your location for shipping quotation. Orders are generally made up for each customer request and we do not usually carry stock so please be aware that there will be some delay (usually 2-3 weeks) in sending out your order. |
